This is my second workout program completed with Jaqueline & I couldn’t be happier with the results ! The workouts are intense, but so easy to follow with her videos. Jacqueline’s always checking in to make sure you’re good & to share pointers. Highly recommend any of her workout programs, you won’t regret it 🥰

Me and my husband trained with Jac and Damian to get us in shape before summer and boy did there with both that little push and accountability it really made a difference! They gave us fun exercises and a great meal plan. They were super quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had… and results speak for themselves! Thank you both!

Trained with Vida for over 6 months and it really helped me improve my weakness for my sport. App is really great for tracking everything and keeping you in touch with your trainer. I would recommend everyone to give VIDA a try!

Training with JAC has helped me form a lifestyle that helps me be better everyday. I very much enjoy my one-on-one training program with JAC, made just for me and the on-demand programs when I’m on the go or want to explore meditation. Would definitely recommend the VIDA app!
