The support team on the toll free number provided in the app says that the VIDA charging stations are meant only for their OEM products. Grave amount of lagging and frequently disturbed charging service make us want to have these removed from our community. Public services should be extended only after assuring their 100% capacity and capability to deliver the service expected from them else it only leads to more dissatisfaction and bad image for the service provider and the company it belongs to. Pls work on this and may be in future we might change the feedback/rating and perception we have formed of the company due to these persistent issues..!!! ### 1/5 — App is not launching *2025-09-23* Please check the app it’s not working for many . ### 1/5 — Never seen an app with such a bad UI/UX *2025-09-12* Almost 10 months have gone by and the pointers are still as is : A msg to them (feb 2025) “The timeout issue with all 4 chargers is still unresolved. At odd times having to go and resume charging between 11pm and 9am is not possible for us. Without app , the charging can not start or resume. There is a new bug found every now and then . Experiencing this everyday is not what is desirable or acceptable. There has to be some solution found out. More than 6:7 weeks have gone and not a single bug is yet addressed. 1. Auto resume on power fluctuation 2. ⁠QR scan field not accepting text input 3. NO ALERTS when charging stops without SOC reaching 100% 4. ⁠charger id missing from charging logs 5. ⁠incorrect charge duration shown in charging log 6. ⁠on app charging starts but in reality, it is not happening (nee bug) 7. ⁠mobile phone free charger control (rfid or something should have been there) . During rainy season or in summer days without a shed how will a user be able to USE PHONE TO SCAN AND INTERACT WITH YOUR APP! While we have tried hard to adapt to the limitations of this for quite many days , and i can imagine rfid integration could take some more time but atleast cloud/app based bug fixing could have been done.
