Signed up for a 6 month paid in full coaching term. Towards the end of the term on Feb 24 I texted their company line and asked them how long I had left in the program and they avoided my question and just said if I wanted to continue month to month I could pay $399 on March 26th. Then on March 4th I was charged $399 and when I asked what that was for they said buried in my contract after my paid in full term Expired’s it AUTOMATICALLY renews for $399/month and you have to give a 30 day notice saying you want to cancel if you want your money back. So they purposely avoided my question to not tell me that until after they charged me. Avoid this company and their unethical practices.

Being able to do a yoga class at home with a live instructor is a great option. And if I can’t join the live class I can still do the recorded version at my discretion. When I’ve had questions I can message the Vital team and I get a quick response from a real person, not an automated system. 
I’m looking forward to checking out the rest of what this app offers!
