You don’t have a choice where or which videos come up. Every one I wanted to silence wouldn’t come up for me to fix. Very unhappy

**Developer response:** Hi, I’m not sure to understand your issue.
You should be able to select (in the video selection screen of the app) any video from your photo app as input.
You can also import videos of needed. Alternatively, a photo extension can be used directly from the photo app.

そのため、音はもうそこにはなく、元に戻すことはできません。
これは違います。

台詞だけ残してBGMを消したい、と検索したらこのアプリが出てきたが、音声すべてが消えてしまった。台詞を残せるとあったのに騙された。返金してほしい。

アプリケーションは本当にビデオからすべてのオーディオトラックを削除するので、サウンドはまったくありません。
払い戻しを受けるには、appleから受け取った請求書から問題のリンクをクリックします。

I bought this so i could remove audio from videos of me singing/playing guitar and then export them to Hokusai audio editor and MicSwap pro but neither of them show up in the ‘open in’ tab!
I had used a free program, MyMP3, before this one and it worked just fine for a year until it recently had a glitch...this I bought this program because it had a 4.8 reviewer . I’m going back to MyMP3 to work that glitch out. I want my $1.99 back!

The applications displayed in the open-in popup are populated by iOS.
It is up to the third party applications (like the 2 ones you expect to see), to register with iOS, in order to be in this list, saying that they can handle a specific file type (the video files, in that case)
You should contact their developer to add this feature.
(Video Audio Remover - HD, cannot do anything about that, and is working as expected)

An alternative is, instead of using the open-in popup, to save the video to the camera roll, and then open it from the camera roll using your other application.

That said, you perhaps made a mistake thinking that the app could save an audio file without the video. It does the opposite : it save a video file without the audio. In that case, you can contact directly Apple for a refund (there is a 'report a problem' link in your invoice email for that purpose)

App doesn’t work. It’s says it’s intuitive but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do anything other than watch my videos.

Once your input video is selected, you can preview it (without the sound).
In this preview screen, press the export button located in the top right part of the screen to access the export screen.
You can then press, for instance, the Camera Roll button, to export the video (without audio) to your Camera Roll (as a new video).
