Video Blur is a utility to blur all your video in the format MP4, 3GP, WMV and more for Instagram, YouTube or other social networks.

You can define more than 1 areas to blur/pixelate using rectangle or custom shapes, you can also define the duration of each area and adjust the intensity of blur filter along with the option to blur selected or un-selected area.

You can also track the specific object, so that blur filter can be applied on moving object.
