Was told to use their app, but calls are always busy. Completely unresponsive support. One star only because zero isn’t an option. ### 5/5 — It works !!! They take an eternity to pick up a call, and when they finally do, they completely disappear from sight while the call mysteriously disconnects on its own. And if that's not infuriating enough, get ready to endure an eternity in their never-ending queue. The bank has horrible customer support. There support staff don’t know issues with their systems. For promoting this app, they are inactive our card first then customer care people are saying to download this app and in this app, we have to call like 40-50 times then and only then they can hear our voice. And when we start to say regarding our problem, the video call disconnected. Don’t use this service.
