Apps do not work, customer support is always in que, even after waiting 40 minutes 3 times a day i am unable to reach them. This app is updated and when we login it says update the app. ### 1/5 — Worst ever service *2021-08-26* Team doesn’t know the process of the escalation. They lie to customers with the dates of raising concerns. Reached them twice after few days after raising complaint. In both calls, they have mentioned to me that complaint was raised on different days. Being a caller, even if I confirm when I called them before they say that they raised complaint on their convenience. But not as per customer called date. There is fairness at all. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating *2021-04-12* I entered my mobile number and clicked the submit button. Then Please update app message is coming even though I have latest version. Its very frustrating and not at all user friendly. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2020-11-12* Don’t waste your time installing this app. I tried three days for more than 15 mins each time nobody is going to attend, just a video will be played back and will waste your time. If you want to get done with your work go to branch. Very poor service. ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service *2020-10-24* I have natural affinity with the bank for having worked with the Bank in its early days as Assistant Vice President from 1997 to 2000. Recently I tried to activate my mother’s account and add my brother’s name to that account. All documents are submitted from our side. I want to park fixed deposit of one million rupees in that account. Good time has elapsed but job is still not done and I am yet to park my funds. Staff at the branch is cooperative but helpless as centralized systems are apparently lethargic and not within their control. ### 1/5 — Useless crap *2020-09-15* I wonder why do even developers release such non functional apps. Does not able to select country code not even for India *2020-04-08* Let me confirm that this is not positive 1 star review, it’s actually NEGATIVE 1 Star review. So this app is develop to support customers but never worked. Can not able to select country code and able to enter my phone number for login and for authentication purposes. So not sure how much BLOCKER bug other than this particular has inside after login. As per this experience, it would be definitely a security concern and hoping it will not breach any data. ### 1/5 — Very poor app *2020-01-17* Phone banking agent suggested me to download this app and get my banking requirement done using this app. But this app doesn’t work. If you wish to go so advanced check before you suggest your customer to use it. If you are able to provide them with your services. ### 1/5 — None of them works... *2020-01-10* IndusInd bank has very poor service. I really suggest people out there not to use their services. Customer service is pathetic and internet banking is more so. You will cannot avail any service when you need most. Not even a fund transfer. You have to visit branch for that. To IndusInd bank: instead of having multiple channels of communication. Have one channel which works. Your phone banking, Internet banking and even this video branch does not connect properly or getting busy all the time. One really has to have lot of patience and time to get into any kind of communication line. ### 1/5 — Does it app even work? *2019-07-12* Tried this app couple of times but it seems either the support is no longer available via this app or there is some serious bug as I have not been able to talk to anyone on the other side. ### 1/5 — Worst service app I ever seen *2018-08-09* this app looks like testing the gif images not for supporting the customers. I’m tried at least 15 to 20 times and waiting for at least 10 to 15 mins so that any one may accept my request for solving my issue. But I don’t find one person to do it. If u guys are unable to provide a valid service then stop releasing these kind of apps in to the market. ### 1/5 — Major Bugs! *2017-11-04* Using iPhone SE with latest IOS and all app updates . Tried using this app, downloaded latest available version . Upon opening, to authenticate it asks for mobile number, then on next page asks for OTP but here the onscreen keyboard of mobile doesn’t show up. On clicking space for entering OTP repeatedly, keyboard shows but entire page is shifted up including the submit button with only login and re send OTP options remaining visible. The page cannot be scrolled up . Even if you enter OTP blindly, the submit button is hidden and clicking Login button does nothing . So basically unable to proceed beyond this point . Programmers probably overlooked screen size possibilities. Anyway on repeated blind attempts and on clicking back arrow on top left after entering OTP blindly, the app logged me on ! Then it asked for Camera and Microphone permissions which I provided and continued to place a video call. As expected, bug here too - my video not showing but I could see and talk to the agent. During call there is camera on / off button which didn’t help turn my video on. Continued voice conversation with agent and informed of bugs. He recommended uninstalling and reinstalling the app! Reminds of Win 98 days . Full of Bugs and highly annoying . A waste of time . IndusInd, I seriously recommend firing your IT team and hire some professionals. As a side note, even the IndusInd Netbanking site has serious bugs related to login or resetting passwords . Highly unsatisfactory . Deficient service . ### 1/5 — App seems broken *2017-10-10* App is inoperable on iOS 11 after the upgrade. Was told to use their app, but calls are always busy. Completely unresponsive support. Now when I try to login using number it logged me in one account only. It does not give me any option to select account. The account it logged in is not the one I want to use. Even rural Cooperative banks would be better than IndusInd bank *2023-06-12* The experience with IndusInd bank is getting worst. There is no customer service, the app and website logs out every single min. Customer care mom hold time is 45 mins. Regards Team IndusInd Bank ### 1/5 — Totally Rubbish *2023-05-16* Seriously, don't even bother wasting your time installing this app. I reluctantly installed it as per their team's request, but the service it provides is absolutely horrendous. They take an eternity to pick up a call, and when they finally do, they completely disappear from sight while the call mysteriously disconnects on its own. And if that's not infuriating enough, get ready to endure an eternity in their never-ending queue. The bank has horrible customer support. There support staff don’t know issues with their systems. For promoting this app, they are inactive our card first then customer care people are saying to download this app and in this app, we have to call like 40-50 times then and only then they can hear our voice. And when we start to say regarding our problem, the video call disconnected. Don’t use this service.
