## What is Video Compressor?

Your phone is almost full, and it's mostly videos. Deleting feels wrong, but keeping everything isn't working either. Compression is a better answer — the moments stay, the storage comes back.

Now you can batch-compress multiple videos in one flow, so you don’t have to repeat the same steps again and again. You can also still send a video directly from Photos, Files, or another app through the Share menu and continue when you return.

Choose a compression option to get started quickly, or set your own target file size for a single video. Not sure about the result? Preview an 8-second sample before committing, then decide whether to continue.

Once compressed, preview the result and save it to your Photo Library or Files. If the original was from your Photo Library and the new version is saved, you can delete the original right from the results screen. Everything is processed on your device — no server uploads, no account required.
