Waste of space and money (paid 2.99 for PRO features) ### 1/5 — Fake of original Handbrake *2024-10-17, version 1.0.3* This appears to be a copy of the well known Real HandBrake software, that that software being open-source and free, where this 'app' charges you a weekly subscription fee, and appears to be out-of-date compared to the real HandBrake software (search HandBrake on google or wikipedia). Get the real HandBrake instead, from their website, it is free, better, and more up-to-date, and works beautifully on Mac. This app also shows 10,000,000 users in the app description images, I'd say there is very little doubt this app doesn't have that, that number is for the real handbrake software, not this software/app - that should be reported to Apple. ### 1/5 — No way to cancel the free trial *2024-09-18, version 1.0.3* I cannot find a way to cancel the free trial. I used the app for a few days and was happy with the results and kept the subscription. Now after 3 months I came back to convert a video, and it is asking me to subscribe again with the weekly program. First, I don’t want the weekly subscription. Second, since I have paid my monthly payment, why should I cancel it and choose the new plan? It says I will get refund but my due date is a few days from now. (It’s end of the month.) why we don’t have any chat support for this kind of question?
