Says it’s exporting then nothing not in my file folders not in my photos no option for in app help nothing had to give it one star zero stars not an option

**Developer response:** Hi Estopusdeo,
I’m really sorry you ran into this. Exports should save to the Photos app. Please check that the app has Photos access set to All Photos in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, and that there’s enough free storage. After exporting, look in Photos under Recents or Videos. If it still doesn’t appear, try exporting again after a quick device restart.
I’m investigating this on my side to prevent it from happening again. If these steps resolve it, I’d appreciate it if you could consider updating your review.

Great app, it’s easy to use and it doesn’t affect the quality of the original content. Developer is quick to respond to any question and I highly recommend it
