They also only allow 3 second clips max but no longer let you select a setting to create a 1,2, or 3 seconds clip you have to scrub the footage carefully to select your desired length. Lots of new bugs/issues that make the app frustrating but also a lot of added features I have been looking for in this app for a long time like the ability to crop the video in app or add filters etc. ### 3/5 — This app is okay *2026-01-01* I found this app okay. I like that u can add ur videos it says u can add photos which u can but every time I add a photo it makes the photo into a video aswell of this every time I add text to the things it doesn’t let me save it. Videos take longer to upload. Harder to navigate the dates on the calendar. Only still here because it stores my daily vids. I can’t upload anything on the current day, it is much more difficult to trim a video, and to top it off, I can’t even hear my videos anymore from my phone. I can only hear sound from this app if I am connected to a bluetooth speaker or something similar. Please fix! I was a huge fan of this app before this bizarre update. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed and worse with update *2025-01-28* I used this app all through 2024 and liked that it allowed up to 3 seconds. Editing was easy…. But the ad pop up were unbearable and the playback only worked half the time. With that said I decided to continue using for 2025 and they have changed the layout to make editing difficult, there is no playback sound while editing so I don’t know what the final product will be until I finish and play it back in merge. It’s terrible. I thought it could be my phone but everything else is working fine. They also changed the video editing section and now it is so cumbersome to cut the video down and precisely select 3 seconds. Go back to the old UX! ### 1/5 — Was a great app! *2025-01-16* I’ve used this app for almost 3 years to keep track of a daily snippet of my kids lives. For some reason since the latest update there were so many changes it’s not even resembling the same app. I enjoyed the 3 second clip option, now it makes you trim down the video to however long you want it. It won’t let me click on a certain date anymore, almost as if the calibration is off. I touch Jan 2 and it goes over to Dec 31. I can’t even click on Jan 5. When I do finally click on the date I want to add a video too it will only let me click on the top 3 most recent videos, none of the other ones are an option. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS or go back to the way it used to be. For example, I am currently trying to start a new “project” for 2026, and it won’t let me scroll down to start the project after naming it. I did a video diary using this app 3 years ago for one year of my baby and it was perfect. I did the same one year ago for my youngest baby and after a year of documenting it wont merge. Contacted help for support and noone responded. I have been using this for more than 2 years to keep daily video journals of my kids. Since May 2022, I haven’t been able to save any videos. I can upload it, merge it but then cannot save or share it. So I am not really sure how to continue with this. I hope the developers try to resolve this.
