## What is Video DRM?

Note: This app only supports the MP4 video format. Try using a video conversion tool or app like https://www.freeconvert.com/ to convert it to MP4; after that, it should work correctly.

Sometimes, videos recorded with the camera don't work due to the codec. If they have the .mp4 extension or any other, use a video converter to convert them back to .mp4.

 MOV files for iPhone, you can rename only the extension from MOV to MP4 because they have the same properties.
