No puedo activar subtítulos

No hay forma en la que pueda activar los subtítulos. A pesar de que supuestamente se activan automáticamente no encuentro la forma. Me gustaría que el desarrollador me ayudara o me dijera como hacerlo.

Why

Well it loads files from my nas all well and good. But why does the volume have 2 options..... Full volume or 0 volume. Additionally it doesn't play all subtitles. Videos with the subtitles encoded in the video don't play. I'd expect the app to do at least that much...

The plot thickens. I can't fast forward videos without the video crashing.
