Why is there 9 gb of data just sitting in the app? I have uploaded all of my media and turned off the media retention period, why is it still backing up my storage?! Terrible!!!!!!

After recent update, it crashes (closes) after every single picture taken then I have to reopen app. Upon reopening choose vehicle & proceed then repeat. It has 2x the time to do each vehicle which is reducing all ability to properly do the job. THIS APP IS UNUSABLE IN ITS CURRENT VERSION (IPAD AIR 4th GEN iOS 18.4.1) 100% up to date.

Almost forgot during the “training” to use your app initially I was told by you employee over the zoom call because I brought up the question even though I knew the answer. But he stated the THETA camera doesn’t require updates which is incorrect as that device has updates released roughly every 3-6 months as it has WiFi / Bluetooth drivers & obviously software to operate.

Connection issues with 360 that don’t resolve even when you redownload the app or restart it. Have to use this app for work and it takes 30+ minutes to connect every day. -2/10 don’t recommend

This app will not recognize when your shooting in landscape mode using the app’s camera thus making the user have to reshoot the same video multiple times and just hope they get lucky and it shoots in landscape mode. So you’ll find yourself spending up to 30-45 min to complete a task that should take 5 min to complete.

Application keeps closing/disappearing from screen while doing photo guide pictures. Once app is back up all photos taken are gone but videos remain. Causing increase in time making day inefficient and extremely aggravating.

I’ve restarted device, deleted app and restarted device, then reinstalled. I’ve tested via different connections for data communications, I’ve disabled all data communication. Nothing seems to work except take 4 or so pictures, back out of photo guide hit upload later. Then return to photo guide and take some more till completed repeating the loop of photos, back out, upload later, re-enter, etc etc etc.

Issue has arisen the since 5/3/2023
