## What is Video Meme Generator?

Video Meme Generator simply serves as the tool/template to create Vemes which you can then share via all major social media outlets as well as directly emailing or texting. The ability to import videos from outside providers is what really differentiates this app from all other video editing apps. 

Users simply input the video URL into the app, and choose a 1-15 second segment of the video. Once the user has chosen a segment, they can add text above and below the video to convey whatever message they choose.

The watermark is huge ugly and annoying and there's no way to pay to have it removed. But it does let you copy and paste an Instagram video URL and instantly get your meme… Is there a better app for this?
