I won 140,000 credit and only got 20,000, I just own 11,000 and was paid 1000 credits. The games are great but I never get the correct amount when I win. I have a few other poker games but they pay the correct amount when you win. You own me about a million credits for all the credits that I didn’t get paid. Unless there is a bug that is making the amount you win not registering. Does anyone else have this problem, or nobody realize they are being short changed. Yes, I submitted a support ticket… two weeks ago and nothing. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Logged out. Logged in. Same thing and yea, I know how to find a tournament under the Classic machines. Bummer. My wife and I used to really enjoy this game together. Best, Ruby Seven Video Poker ### 2/5 — Used to be great… *2022-10-30* This was my favorite video poker app - love the tournament style play they offer which is the only reason I still give them 2 stars, but for the past couple months, it’s like they clamped down on any chance of getting a decent paying hand, and even though I signed up for their new monthly subscription which gives you a million points a day - it is shockingly easy to blow through in 10-15 mins even when only betting conservatively and “playing by the book”. Honestly, if real casinos were this awful with payouts, gambling wouldn’t be an issue for people… It’s a shame, cause like I said, this was my favorite VP - a game I play a lot of and do quite well at normally - but now it’s nothing but a waste of money that causes nothing but frustration. I updated the revised version and POOF! it no longer loads. I’m so disappointed. I’ve tried all the tricks I know, like rebooting the iPad but it still won’t kick in. It’s a great quality video poker app, but the payout is very low. It’s very difficult to win big payouts. Good algos for this company. It seems over the years it’s gotten more difficult to hit big payouts. I used to be able to hit four deuces and royal flushes often now it’s rare to impossible. You pay for the specials 24.00 for 5 million credits and play and it doesn't even pay 5 of a kind and you get no play and the money is gone. Burned through it fast. No thanks. They must use an algo that knows when people will keep buying credits? Other issues is One game pays less than the wager for a 3 of a kind 😂. It cost you to win 3 of a kind. 😂. Also there should be no pop up messaging during tournament games. So distracting and disruptive. You win 3 lowball hands in a row and a pop up tells you that you’re on a winning streak. Haha. Also some of the multi hand games are super slow and if you are too fast it doesn't select the card and your hand is ruined. Deleted the app. ### 1/5 — The worst joker’s wild *2024-05-10* Worst joker’s wild ever. Joker comes up hardly ever and when it does it’s usually with a king or ace only. The whole point of the reduced payouts on joker’s wild is because you’re supposed to get more wins with the joker.
