When I quit playing last night I had about $475,000 and this morning when I started to play, I have only $18,000 I have emailed them about the loss and is of now I have gotten no reply. This is extremely upsetting to just have credits taken away. I’m very disappointed. Update; They claim to have answered my request but I cannot find it. I have looked in every folder in my mail, even junk. I’m still very upset with this whole process. I have Contacted the actual manufacturer as well and still waiting for answer from them. UPDATE. sounds like a great plan. Thanks for your help. I know they were free credits but it is a lot of my day these days. When I quit playing last night I had about $475,000 and this morning when I started to play, I have only $18,000 I have emailed them about the loss and is of now I have gotten no reply. This is extremely upsetting to just have credits taken away. I’m very disappointed. Update; They claim to have answered my request but I cannot find it. I have looked in every folder in my mail, even junk. I’m still very upset with this whole process. I have Contacted the actual manufacturer as well and still waiting for answer from them **Developer response:** We gave away $500,000 FREE in-game currency to all of our players in the previous update (1.6.0). We understand that you have lost a big chunk of that somehow. We have not only replied to all of your emails from our official support account but also replied through an alternate email account. At this point, we have no other choice but to address your concern here. This game is strictly OFFLINE; Which means that no one can access your device's game data (not even us or Apple). So the only possibilities are (1) Accidental play at a high denomination OR (2) Somebody else had access (and played) on your device. Whatever the case, we request you to not get distraught over the loss of FREE in-game currency. We have an update queued for the upcoming holidays which will also provide FREE in-game currency that should make up for your loss.
