I have asked Facebook, Video Poker Magician, and playtika to help resolve this problem and so far I have had no responses or any help of any kind. Like I said I have been playing this game for quite sometime and not only have I lost 50 million chips, friends, my status level, and where I am at on achieving another bracelet. When I open the app now it shows me as a person just beginning the game. I have time and money (from buying chips) invested and would not like to lose what I have bought and or achieved. Can someone please help?
