My account has been modified and credits removed that I paid for. What is the problem?  How do I get them back?

The pay outs are wrong, instead of 12,000 Coins for $1.99 I got 450 coins ?.. that is a BIG FRAUD.  And the 4hour bonus didn’t get 500 coins got 50 coins.
