They don’t even have a proper communication channel or customer care to contact on the issues facing. Purchased the PRO Subscription and tried to recover the files. But the application is throwing an msg to disable the Face ID in order to scan the hidden folders and files. Even after disabling the Face ID for Photos and even removing the Face ID from the phone doesn’t work. The application still shows the same bloody message even after multiple restarts and reinstalls. Better to not install this.
