No matter how many times I type in my email I don’t get a code sent to my email something is wrong

I just tried this out for the time and had some difficulty every video answer i gave instantly took me back to the home screen and refused to carry on to the next one!

The app won't send the security code in email. Been waiting for 2 days already. I tried with other emails too but nothing.
