V3 rolls out and nothing will restore. zero support ### 1/5 — Change from a one time price to subscription. *2022-02-03* Many of us bought this as a one-time purchase of a completely unlimited use product, to then have it updated to only store 20 files and then a monthly subscription to have unlimited storage. The company got greedy and lost a LOT of customers over this. It’s very disappointing, they have come out with a few versions of the app and I’d bought them because I liked what they were doing, until this… Very shady and disappointing. Lucky for all of us, there are lots of developers who DON’T do this, so this company can become a relic while more relevant developers make programs that do what we want for a one time purchase price. Word of mouth goes both ways, can help a company, or hurt it. I have emailed the support team immediately as I need this information as it pertains to important files for work related purposes. I cannot believe I lost all the info. Please respond and update so hopefully I can retrieve my files and not lose my job. These files contain important pictures that need to be used in the court of law. Please update and help. I have always used this app and never had issues with it. Co-workers and I share files for open court cases. I NEED THESE FILES!!! Please PLEASE help me. Please respond ASAP. This version is no obsolete. I have hundreds of photos and about 100 videos. I am tetraplegic and I used to be able to control this app perfectly with VOICE CONTROL on my iPad. But now it has stopped and the only way I can gain any access is by using the grid which is incredibly laborious and time-consuming. and I would like to know what the name of the latest Version is? As I can't find anything after VS3 on the App Store?. Please let me know and I will pay for the upgrade. Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert die Übertragung per FTP nicht mehr. Daher wollte ich den Nachfolger, VS3, ausprobieren. Aber welch große Überraschung! Alle halbwegs sinnvollen Funktionen sind nun nur im Abo erhältlich. Die gesalzenen Preise beweisen: hier soll abgezockt werden! Es gibt nicht mal eine dauerhafte Lizenz! I think this bait and switch should be, and probably is, illegal. I’m shocked Apple allows this. For my part, I intend to submit to the California State Department of Consumer Affairs for further investigation. If my understanding is correct they should be ashamed. If I misunderstand, I welcome hearing from the manufacturer to tell me how to correct this misunderstanding. ? When I wrote this they sent me a link to a free one year subscription. It did not function.
