I subscribed for a week (2.99€) and it is not working. I can see that I have an active subscription on my App Store account and when I try to subscribe for a week, a message appears and says that I already have a subscription going on. So, can you please fix this problem because it’s getting really annoying. I’m paying for something I can’t even use ! This is my first time using and subscribing on your app and it may be the last time ! I sent them emails but their email address is not working… 
Je me suis abonné pour une semaine (2,99 €) et cela ne fonctionne pas. Je vois bien que j'ai un abonnement actif sur mon compte App Store et lorsque j'essaie de me réabonner pour une semaine, un message m'indique que j'ai déjà un abonnement en cours. Pourriez-vous résoudre ce problème, s'il vous plaît ? C'est vraiment agaçant. Je paie pour un service que je ne peux même pas utiliser ! C'est la première fois que j'utilise votre application et que je m'y abonne, et ce sera peut-être la dernière ! Aucune de leurs adresses mails ne fonctionne !
