## What is Video Stream Delay?

Video Stream Delay helps athletes, coaches, and solo users review movement immediately after it happens.

Set up your GoPro or use the built-in iPhone/iPad camera, choose a delay, and watch your technique a few seconds behind live. Finish a swim lap, climbing move, lift, serve, jump, swing, or drill, then look at the screen and instantly see what just happened.

No scrubbing. No handing the phone to someone else. No stopping the session.

How you can use it:
Place a GoPro on a tripod, wall mount, pool deck, gym corner, or hard-to-reach angle. Keep your iPhone or iPad where you can see it. The app shows the camera feed with a delay, so you can review your form right after each attempt.

Or use the built-in camera when you want a fast setup for solo practice, coaching, warmups, or technique checks.

Built for:
- Swimming and pool training
- Climbing and bouldering
- Gym sessions and lifting form
- Volleyball, tennis, golf, baseball, and field drills
- Dance, rehab, mobility, and movement coaching
- Any training setup where instant visual feedback helps

Key features:
- Delayed video mirror for technique review
- Use a compatible GoPro HERO camera wirelessly
- Use the built-in iPhone or iPad camera
- Adjustable delay: 5, 15, 30, or custom seconds
- Replay the most recent delay window
- Save important moments as clips
- Review saved clips inside the app
- Export clips to Photos or share them
- Optional phone-side session recording
- Optional GoPro SD-card recording control on supported cameras
- Works without internet after connecting to the camera Wi-Fi

Example:
Put a GoPro near the pool, court, wall, or training area. Start the delayed mirror. Perform the movement. Walk back to your iPhone or iPad and watch the replay automatically appear a few seconds later.

Subscription required:

Video Stream Delay requires a subscription to use. Pricing and subscription options are displayed in the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Video Stream Delay is designed for fast feedback during real practice, not after the session is over.

Compatibility:
Video Stream Delay is designed for GoPro HERO 11, HERO 12, and HERO 13 cameras using the camera preview stream. Camera firmware, model behavior, wireless conditions, and distance can affect preview availability and latency.
