Video Timer records your activity and burns a running stopwatch, split markers, and a session title directly into the saved video — so every replay shows exactly what happened, when.

Recording, live timer overlays, and reviewing your sessions in the app are free. A one-time $1.99 unlock adds Save to Photos, Share, and CSV export.

### 2.5.34 — 2026-09-28

Video Timer now opens straight away instead of waiting on an online update check, so launch is quicker and works the same with no signal. The How it works screen also explains that stopping a recording leaves the stopwatch running, and points you to the setting that changes it.

### 2.5.32 — 2026-09-26

You can now choose whether saving a clip also stops and clears the stopwatch. Leave the new setting off to keep the clock running across several clips of one race, or turn it on to start every clip fresh. Rating the app now opens the store's review page directly.

### 2.5.30 — 2026-09-20

Stopping a recording no longer stops the stopwatch. Time one race and record as many clips as you need during it. Each clip replays with the timer already at the right point, and splits you took earlier are shown as passed. The stopwatch clears only when you stop and reset it yourself.

### 2.5.29 — 2026-09-05

Where a recording goes is now spelled out in the app. Clips are kept inside the app under Sessions, and the Save action copies one to your phone gallery. Actions that need Pro are labelled before you tap them. Added Russian.
