Regards Support Team Email : support@runisoft.com ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2019-06-15* I purchased it, and the first video I attempted to extract audio from said it was too long (it was less than 15 minutes). What’s the point if it can only do short videos? **Developer response:** **Update: We verified the video sent by the user and found that there were issues in it. We fixed the video issue and the user is now able to extract the audio from it. The issue is now resolved and the same has been confirmed by the user.** Earlier response: We have just tested a video of 20 Minutes length and the app is working well for it. It seems there is an issue of metatadata with your video. Please send us the video by uploading it to a cloud service and sharing the downloadable link with us on support@runisoft.com. The user interface is simple and easy to use. Just add a video, extract audio and share. The extracted audio is of very good quality.
