Recently, I’ve been trying to convert videos and after I name the mp3 so it will convert, the converting screen will come up for one second with “0%” and then disappear. After that, it shows a notification number down at the bottom so I thought it just downloaded quickly or something, which isn’t true. Every time I click on it, there’s nothing. This app has that, not to mention you can convert videos offline, and listen to videos offline as well. The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is so people know I am not a computer. I just got a new phone and I wanted to convert to mp3 and it was not working, it sent the screen that says converting and the notification was on the mp3 tab so I pressed it but nothing was there. I thought it was a glitch so I deleted the app and then downloaded it again but it still didn’t work. I really want to know how to fix this and if anyone had the same problem and can help . The developer has to fix this bc a lot of ppl have a problem w converting. When I open the app it shows the normal loading screen then asks for access to my photos. But after I pressed allow it just booted me out of the app. I tried again, the same thing happed. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and nothing worked. I even tried reinstalling it the next day, nothing. I’m not sure if this is a bug anyone else can relate to or if It’s just my phone but until this gets fixed, I have to find another converter app that’s just as good, if not better. I wait a little for it to stop loading but then it crashes. Audio doesn’t stop out of app. I checked the settings; no option to remove it. It really becomes a hassle for me when I make an audio, then save it, then get out of the app and it still plays! I know that is convenient for some people, but at least add it in the setting so that people can remove it! Its great some times! It will convert a screen recording into an mp.3 just fine! But some times it just doesn’t. If you press “convert” and it shows the progress wheal and goes from 0%-100%, then it will work. But sometimes it will skip all that and say its done but when you go to your gallery its not there.
