I’ll reevaluate in a month to see if I need to upgrade to 5 stars This is a constant battle. I paid $6 for 3 renders a DAY and it states I get one a week, upgrade to pro. It’s frustrating that I have to do this dance everyday and the developer response is slowing down. I have been waiting for several animations to process for MONTHS with no updates or progress being made. Hopefully it can be fixed but the future doesn’t seem all that promising. **Developer response:** Hello, Thanks for your feedback. We're glad that you were previously pleased with the service and we have improved the service in all aspects. You can expect a new update with new features within the next few weeks. Please give the service another try when and reach out to us. ### 3/5 — Would be a 5 but turn around is too slow *2024-04-29* I love this app and all the options, my only issue is turn around time. I got the PRO so I could have 6 a day, but when I redeem go to redeem them it tells me a few minutes to at most a couple of hours…. Once my subscription ended and I supposed to get one render every six days, that’s not happening and they don’t have the decency to respond to the issue. When you create video it’s never sending you what you created. videos will not always work so you can download this has been a constant problem.
