## What is VideoConverterS?

VideoConverterS is an all in one video converter that extracts the sound from videos as MP3, reduces video file size, changes resolution and format, and turns short clips into GIFs.

It is built for files where sound matters, such as sermons, lectures, meeting recordings and voice memos. Choose 48 kHz with 64 or 96 kbps and the output is saved with exactly that spec. When a conversion finishes, the app checks the result again and shows the real spec of the file.

Extract MP3 and audio from video
- Save as MP3, M4A (AAC), WAV, FLAC, OGG or Opus
- Bitrate from 32 to 320 kbps, or enter your own value
- Constant bitrate (CBR) or variable bitrate (VBR)
- Sample rate from 8 kHz to 96 kHz, mono or stereo
- 16 bit or 24 bit depth for WAV and FLAC
- Quick presets: Voice 64k, Voice 96k, Music 192k, Best 320k
- Save your own presets, and your last settings are remembered
- Only valid combinations can be chosen, so quality never changes silently
- Volume normalization for sound that is too quiet or too loud
- Title, artist, album and year tags, and album art from a video frame

Reduce video size and change resolution
- Compress to 80, 70, 50, 30 or 20 percent, or to a target size such as 25 MB
- Auto resolution picks the sharpest size that fits your target
- Scale to 4K, 1440p, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p or 240p, or by ratio
- Three quality levels and 60, 30, 24 or 15 fps
- Never upscales and never makes a file larger than the original
- iPhone HDR videos are color corrected so they do not look washed out
- Remove the audio track when you only need the picture

Format conversion and GIF
- Convert to MP4, MOV, MKV or WEBM
- Choose the widely compatible H.264 or the smaller H.265 codec
- Fast remux changes the container with no re encoding and no quality loss
- Turn a short clip into an animated GIF from 320 to 800 pixels wide

- Names such as VID with long numbers become readable names with the date and time
