If you don’t do voice overs this app would be amazing but I just can’t seem to figure this essential piece of video making, other than that 10/10 recommended, super great! ### 3/5 — Used to be a subscriber *2022-07-21, version 4.3.9* I actually used to pay $70 a year for the pro features on this app, because I love them that much. It also felt good to know that I was supporting an upcoming app that I personally felt had the potential to become the biggest mobile video editor. The reason I’m no longer an annual subscriber is that I felt like nothing was getting put into it. Even today I tried to open and use this app - it’s still incredibly slow, I can’t get through a ten minute video without my phone overheating and crashing, I can’t edit my jump cuts seamlessly. For every thirty seconds on this app you have to put up with about two minutes of it lagging and freezing. In my first year, I was open to this. I know that building things takes time, and perfection comes with support. I was all for it. But after at least two years of using this app - it feels like nobody else is on the other end of it. This app has incredible potential. But as of right now, it’s nearly unusable. What’s unfortunate is that it’s been sitting in this position for so long. I’ll check back in a year or so, because I still have hope that I could be a returning subscriber and reap the incredible benefits this app could offer me. From the bottom of my heart, I hope the developers find a new wind of inspiration, and commit to making VideoEasy everything that it has the potential to be. ### 3/5 — Needs work but has potential to be great *2022-06-27, version 4.3.9* I love the jump cut feature, however. I try to record and the app just shuts down. I have messaged tech support 3 times with not even a response. Very disappointing and will soon be taking a refund from my credit card. ### 1/5 — Excuse me? *2024-04-11, version 4.3.9* Why should I even pay for the services if your app can’t even handle large files? I had a video that was an hour and 30 minutes my phone started overheating because of the app was trying to process it so hard and then the app froze up then I had to exit out of it and go back into the app, and all my work with missing. So I was like second chances the best try, so so I split the video and several parts 10 minute increments out of them each did the jump cut moved in at things because it ain’t perfect. Finally got it done had no problems at that point accident came right back. There was things that were brought back to the video that I edited out, also the adjustments that I made did not count they were reverted. Not this issue in the past where like if you create so many videos, no matter if you are subscribed or not. and I would have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling it it’s still glitchy, but at least it’s working, and with the jump cuts, the screen won’t change its loading status, unless you tap the screen over and over again. And honestly, it seems like the app developers aren’t even paying attention to the problem. Because it’s the same consistent problems that we have with the app every single year. The app has huge potential, but due to these issues it’s going to be its down fall. and y’all need to improve on the AI system that notices when there’s pauses because it cuts off half of my sentences. ### 1/5 — I hate it *2024-01-17, version 4.3.9* So I just joined. But in reality, I’m still using paying for other apps that I wish were included. I use Spark Camera to record “clips” that get strung together (because spark camera just does it way better). Then I use THIS app to trim out all the dead space. Then I use adobe rush to make my audio sound leveled out and louder. You can actually see the audio waveform under the video clip.
