Once you select your audio clip, it’s there, and you can’t change it after… you have to delete the auto overlay completely and add the audio again, just to waste time and play with the play beacon to get it to start at the right time… can you fix this finally?? Or am I missing something? Was: Five Star-Super app, learn w practice, personal use and web loading. *2026-06-06, version 84.5.6* 6/4/26 I used the bug feature email to see if I could get them to see mane app errors some weeks ago, they asked for pictures and video and I sent what they asked for and I never had a reply nor were my paid features restored, it still says they have no record of me. So a day or two ago I send another bug report about my situation, since the regular support request never got action across a year or so, to my surprise the asked me for the same information within a day. I replied that I have already sent them what the wanted and that I have performed their suggested solutions several times in my own and that I won’t resubmit it. That the should have a searchable database to verify what I sent them and that I had these paid services for a long time. I also gave them my old email and the current email that was working fine. I also asked them to see my review to show I e used this fur I er ten years. I will wait again to see what they say. This subscription thing was never good for the consumer. They should just continue to charge (all app devs for that Mayer) the 0.99 cents for full purchase as they did initially. I may have paid a premium one time price and all if the I e time purchase if the editing options. Then they went for the throat like all Devs and have weekly or mi they or yearly fees, to be renewable. Awful. I would like some if you with open skills to have a free video editor that has the tops of performance and features. Or charge the I e time dollar fee. If I had them, I would do that for each type of app that I use as a free app. 3/23/26 It happened again. My full payment was electronically changed as a free version person. I have sent you several email requests across weeks, months, to restore my prior early full purchase of everything. I have to be stuck with your watermark. You don’t respond. You have changed. This is a terrible customer existence where I now need to change from five to one star because of my frustration. I have reported and caused you to fix big bugs in the early years that improved and corrected your product. I use you for my personal home editing each week of ballroom dance lessons routines. You also have not responded to my request to fix your title text appearing in each edit window so you know that that video is, and to allow this same title to be seen when saving. You continue to show several seconds into the video when saved, no way to see the titled first frame that I created. I told you I have to work a workaround by forcing a screen shot and adding it and labeling that as my title so it can be seen in the camera tool. Laborious and not necessary for anyone to do. Please fix it. 11/23/2023 VideoShop has many useful features to create nice looking videos. I have used this as my main personal workhorse for home use and for personal website videos. My original five star review has disappeared so I am making this new one. Almost from its debut, that I learned about this program, I began to use it. What is it, 10 years ago now? You will learn by doing your videos. You have many options, so use them as much as you can to creat clean useful videos. I mostly use them to create a month’s worth of ballroom dance lessons into a continuous set of moving patterns to make a full routine for that month, for three different classes each week, that will be 12 video updates per month. All this from an iPhone. I can edit anytime of the day or night or from any country and still update the website with videos. The free version still allows you to have a very powerful set of video features that you cannot go wrong. Allow the advertisements, since they have dedicated and useful support staff.
