iPhone17に変更したら編集した後の動画が保存できない。何回チャレンジしてもできない作り直してもできない。再インストールしたり電源を切っても保存ができない。もう少し様子を見てみるか改善。もしできるなら改善してほしい。

Compre la app por que me gustaba mucho la versión normal y para no  pagar mensualmente, me sorprende que siendo que pagamos mucho por la app la actualizan cada que se les canta un huev*, la app normal la actualizan semanalmente ¿y esta? Cada mes o más tiempo y dejan los errores sin resolver..decepción total.

When I want to export a video after I’m done editing. It gets to 99% and doesn’t get to 100% for me to get the exported file. I left the video to export overnight after it reached 99% but i woke up after a 7hours sleep and still it was 99%

저는 pro는 안 쓰고, 일반만 써서 환불을 요청 합니다.
안된다면 안되는거고…뭐..^
하지만 만일 된다면 최대한 신속하게 요청드립니다.
좋은데 3개인 이유는 많이 안 써서 그렇습니다.
그리고 계속 옛날 사진이 나와서, 많이 불편합니다..;;

I am using iPhone 12 Pro Max running ios 15.1.1. After edit it just stagnant at exporting and the video is not exported. Please fix the problem.

Купила подписку, спустя два года не грузит новые темы, работа крайне медленная сохраняет через раз, так нравилось приложение зачем так испортили его?! Что б платили каждый месяц?! А если мне приложение нужно эпизодически… да и заплатила я уже при покупке про версии. А сейчас все заглушили. Обидно.

Está atualizado, tenho memória suficiente, o vídeo é de apenas 4 minutos, não usei efeito, nem o arquivo ficou grande, somente 80 m, mesmo assim quando vou salvar o vídeo que criei, ele vai até o fim e do nada fecha o App, quase não uso o App por conta dos constantes problemas e quando vou usar pra fazer um vídeo comum, não consigo, pois perco muito tempo fazendo e esperando ele salvar e quando está chagando ao fim pra salvar o vídeo, o App fecha; um desrespeito com quem comprou a versão PRO.
Dinheiro mal investido e arrependimento grande 🤦🏽‍♂️ um absurdo

Videos will not export to YouTube. An error message comes on and says ERROR because video show does not offer protection through 3rd parties when signing into google. I’m upset. The error said to reach out to the developer to have them update security…upsetting. Use to love this app. Paid and everything. I hope it gets fixed . Now I have to find another way to upload videos..so upset

Con esta nueva versión, cuando edito vídeos con música de mi biblioteca sólo lo pueden abrir los teléfonos de Apple y no pueden abrirlos los teléfonos con sistema operativo Androide.
Con la versión anterior lo podían abrir todos.
Si edito el vídeo sin música si lo pueden abrir, con música no.
