When I upload a photo it simply gets added as a minuscule tiny picture that’s part of the text. ### 3/5 — SUPER CRASHY *2020-11-02* i love this app, the typing sounds and how fun it is to type (lol 😂) but when i was on my ipad, it crashed and glitched a lot. it never let me open what i had typed, and i didn’t want to retype everything. so, naturally i decide to use my phone because my ipad is old anyways and it glitches, but same outcome. i lost everything i have typed. i’ve updated it to the latest version and even tried deleting it and reloading my whole phone/ipad. it’s the app itself, not the device. i like it, but the crashing is an issue and it’s annoying. edit: i just realized that this app hasn’t been updated in a year, so i don’t think that this issue will be fixed but we’ll give it a shot. ### 2/5 — Okay I guess...: *2020-06-30, version 1.7.4* So it takes long for it to work when your typing and it lags When I clicked the final button, it just crashed and kicked me out I suggest u fix all the glitches in the app ### 4/5 — Help *2020-02-23, version 1.7.4* I got this app for TextingStory but then started using it for writing stories but it crashes when i click create video. I am really sad and I wrote this story 3 times by deleting the app then getting it again then it would work but that means my work is all gone! It has great cosmetics and would make fun videos. After I typed everything I wanted and hit Create Video, it crashed. Every time I try and open the app, it crashes. But then I tried the app, I love to type so I thought that it was a great app and that it made a really satisfying sound when you would type. But then a month after I tried to go in the app but the screen would just go black and kick me out, I was refreshing everything but nothing worked and now to this day when ever I want to use the app it will kick me out until I uninstall it and install it again. Which is a big pain to me as a youtuber who just wants to make good vids with this app. ### 2/5 — Potential... but still not too good *2019-10-13* This app is interesting. I like the concept. However it still needs a lot of work. I hate typing in portrait mode on my iPad so this was an immediate no no for me. I would have invested in the app if it was able to be used in landscape mode, and if there was more editing options within the app. For example, repositioning photos and resizing them. The bad reviews that I have viewed are VERY OLD, so if you look at the version history, you will see that it’s been updated several times since these negative reviews. Also maybe it’s a good idea to make sure you have sufficient memory on your iPhone if you’re doing a large creation. My iPhone is an 8 Plus with 128 GB of memory. I especially like that my creations can be saved locally and/or sent directly to email and/or social media.
