## What is Vidi?

Professional CCTV - Fleet Management Software to connect Fleet Managers to their remote fleet infrastructure. The software provides tablet / smart phone access to fleet CCTV either via private secure WLAN (in depot) or via 3G (in service) using a AES-256 encrypted VPN tunnel via DHCP. The VPN replaces the need for expensive FIXED IP SIM cards to access and manage remote vehicle infrastructure like Rolling Stock / HGV's / Buses / Shipping and Airlines. Provides "live" CCTV with GPS tracking via DHCP cellular networks - full management with the option for secure cloud storage and distribution of video evidence. Also supports a live, encrypted, two-way audio capability between the connecting iOS device and the vehicle or vehicles.

### v2.34 — 2025-04-17

This 2025  version adds new DVR functions (where supported by newer DVR hardware) to enhance the remote user experience. It allows local WIFI and remote 3G/4G/5G LTE connectivity where a compatible mobile router and SIM card are installed.
