## What is VidiClock Employee?

VidiClock Employee is the companion app for the VidiClock scheduling and time-tracking platform. Log in using your company code and personal credentials—no separate account is required.

Key features:

• Schedule – View your shifts for the day, week, and month at a glance.
• Working hours – Check recorded hours, balances, and breaks at any time.
• Absences – Request leave or other absences and track their status.
• Shift preferences – Indicate your availability and pick up open shifts.
• Notifications – Receive push notifications for approved requests, schedule changes, and new open shifts.
• My devices – View registered devices and unregister them if lost.

Fully available in German and English. This app is used by companies that employ VidiClock; you will receive your login details from your employer.

Absent colleagues can be shown on demand via "Show all absences".

• App lock: if Face ID / fingerprint cannot be used on the device, the app
now tells you why. Signing out from the lock screen disables the lock so
you can sign in with your password again.

• New under "More": rate the app.

• Team schedule: see your department's plan right in the app — who works
when and who is absent. With the right permission, view all departments,
including a filter.

• Sign in via link: tapping the link in your credentials e-mail opens the

caught immediately.
