### 2/5 — Session recording not sent to me

I enjoyed my session with Pastor John Gray but apparently it wasn’t recorded so I am somewhat disappointed. It was not advertised that it’s up to the celebrity to record the session (in their session settings), which was what I was told after the session when I contacted customer service. If I had known that in advance, I would’ve recorded the session myself. So, just know it’s a good idea to record the session for yourself just in case.

My experience as a college student talking with prospective students has been good overall. I just have two ideas to make it better: 

There’s been a bug for a while where the other person on the call is frozen. I can hear them, but can’t see them for the entire call. 

It’d be great if we could send a reschedule request ourselves, in case that time no longer works well for us. I don’t want to cancel on them, as they might decide to not do it any more.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is I had many technical issues on the website, the app itself is much more reliable.
I used the app to talk to college students, as I have not been able to actual visit in person due to the pandemic. I experienced unbiased, casual, and informative meetings with everyone I talked to- 10 minutes can change everything!
The VIDSIG staff were so understanding and accommodating, and obviously very dedicated to this service. The people that offer talks are well versed in their area, and very friendly.
Would recommend any day of the week, definitely check it out.
