However, now the app won’t allow for videos. I have upgraded and paid for the “PRO” edition and still videos won’t load. Photos load fine. Now they had to delete the app and re-download it and reinstall on my iPhone xr, and as soon as I select a frame to fill and add a 3 min video,It crashes and takes me back to my phones home screen. Over and over no matter what I do. I went to the support page and it takes me to a PDF which is useless to me. I would prefer to email someone for help rather than read a PDF file.
