And I may be still kind of a noob because I probably don’t know how to use it properly. But here is a few issues that need to be fixed: 1. Credits: You earn credits every day. But if you don’t use them by the end of the day, they expire. It’s like they are forcing you to spend these credits before they go to waste. I don’t like that. I want to save up credits so I can create something big and exciting later on. Now I don’t know if they expire when you actually go for the paid plan, but I have a feeling they do. 2. Audio: I know it’s A.I but you need to fix these audio completely. They all sound like robots unlike other A.I video generators where they sound just like in movies or TV shows. They are all I can come up with for now. You can make good episode animations of your favorite characters and you can make your own character you need to update more make the characters voices sound more clear make the characters actually sound like themselves like make every cartoon character sound like their original cells from the show. That’s the reason I could not log in on my other devices. Fortunately my phone was still logged in under the wrong account and I had the opportunity to delete my account before they reset everything, because if they would have done that I would not be able to log in anymore. So hopefully my private info and images I uploaded are not accessed by whoever had that other email. They failed at protecting my privacy and securing my many months of work that I will have to restart I was not using this app for fun I was actually creating something. So imagine yourself doing the same thing and then rushing to delete the account to protect your videos. I didn’t want anyone accessing my stuff and who knows do what with it. I hope they fix the problem for me since I detailed it them in my emails. If they do then I would gladly pay again to use their app. ### 1/5 — Wrong log in *2026-04-22, version 3.6.2* I sent two emails to their support and never received a response, like i said I love this app, its to bad I can’t log into my account anymore. I noticed someone else posted a review saying they can’t log in anymore. I suggest you read the response to this person. It has nothing to do with his complaint. It’s obvious that these people have no clue what’s going on. I wont be putting money into this app anymore because I won’t be able to use my credits. So beware you may lose money. ### 1/5 — Not using my reference photos consistently *2026-04-21* I use this more than any other ai video app and I’m usually pretty happy with the results but today it has ignored my reference photos and is very inconsistent and annoying. I buy a subscription to get consistency and you’ve wasted my time and money today and I’m not happy. I don’t have discord so I can’t get help. I get suggestions for prompts and lately I’ve been getting them in a language I don’t speak or read.
