The statistics part is what I need. If you can’t get that on your phone and only be able to record and see videos, kind of useless. I use this for business outreach, so I have to stick to my PC version. Other than that this is a cool app. ### 2/5 — No sound *2021-11-27, version 2.1.0* No video plays sound on 14.8.1. I entered my business email & I get told it’s invalid or already in use. It’s NOT. I entered my gmail address, & got the same response. Decided to fill out the forgot password link & I received similar error messages on BOTH emails... on both email addresses that have had ZERO to do with this app, since I’ve never used it before. I even did a search in both emails to see if I had anything from this company that I may have missed or forgotten that I’d ever signed up. ZERO results in BOTH inboxes. Not sure what the issue is there the with being told they’re invalid emails or in use when neither is true, but that’s not a good first impression to make. Unfortunately I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 and the app fails when I try to take video. I have emailed back and forth with them asking for help to no avail. It's too bad because I loved using this app to send videos to prospects. When I try to upload two Viard with the Viard mobile app, it will automatically trim the video to a maximum length of 10 minutes so a good chunk of the demo recording is cut off. ### 2/5 — Missing some functionality *2023-10-25, version 2.2.8* I love using Vidyard and the desktop/web application, but this mobile app misses the mark. Really need to be able to see the metrics and details that you can view on the web application.
