It works fin under the browser but if I am trying to control something on the patient’s end, I can’t due not being logged in. This is the 2nd week with this issue . Please help and fix. ### 1/5 — Connecting *2023-03-09* Was a royal pain going through all the options to connect, kept reverting back to the beginning, I gave them all the info, I was 1 hour late for my appointment but Roberta gave up her lunch for me. She should be commended. Also the second tech helper stayed with me the first helper was put out and couldn’t care less about the fact I needed a counselor at that time. **Developer response:** Hey optionnotworking! If you could send us more details on how the app malfunctioned at vidyo.feedback@enghouse.com, we'd be happy to look into this further. ### 1/5 — 3x failed to login to 3 different doctors *2022-04-20, version 22.2.0* My mom is 87 years old. We’ve been denied access three times from three different virtual sessions. The problem is always logging in prior to scheduled session. The instructions say you can connect up to 15 mins before scheduled appointment but using both an iPhone and an iPad we got error messages. The only time it works is if doctors side gets there first and opens the room. If the software requires doctors to open the room then the hospital system and the provider of this technology need to change its user instructions ### 1/5 — Will not work *2021-12-26, version 21.6.3* Tried to use the portal for a video conference with a doctor and ended up having the app crash multiple times despite repeated reinstallion. I tried repeatedly to access the video link for my doctor’s appointment but I kept getting an error message. So frustrating and needlessly stressful.
