VidyoMobile delivers up to full HD business grade point-to-point and multipoint video conferencing to your iPad, iPod or iPhone device when connected to your enterprise or service provider’s Vidyo infrastructure.
 
Experience telepresence quality conferencing with shared content viewing on the move with VidyoMobile. The same low latency, reliable high quality video experience that is delivered to high-end room systems and desktops is extended to your iOS devices. Your mobile device can connect seamlessly with VidyoDesktops, VidyoRooms, and legacy H.323 and SIP-based endpoints through the VidyoGateway.
 
Unreliable wireless networks have traditionally posed challenges for video conferencing. Vidyo’s patented Adaptive Video Layering technology is the difference between VidyoMobile’s reliable video interaction at the pace of conversation, and the broken pictures and unnatural delays of traditional video conferencing solutions. Through this technology, video streams are dynamically optimized to provide the best quality video based on both the capabilities of the mobile device and the performance of the wireless network.
 
The VidyoMobile app is simple to install and use. VidyoMobile users have full control over their layout and can choose which participants they want to view and can dynamically change between portrait and landscape orientations as well as preferred speaker and continuous presence modes. Since multiple participants can share data in the conference at the same time, VidyoMobile offers a content dock where shared data may be previewed and selected or returned to the dock and hidden off screen, all with common iOS gesture controls.

This app is pure trash. Either you can’t connect at all or the app just crashes upon startup. Unfortunate but completely on brand that UPMC uses this for patient visits!

Why would I want a separate on-screen keyboard from my usual one? And why would I want it to look like THAT? If Skype or Zoom is Windows 10, this app is Windows 95.

My counseling office uses this app to meet with their clients. Everytime i try to log in to meet with my counselor it takes 20+ minutes to login and i give a least ten minutes ahead to login and stuff. I dont know if the app developers need to give this app an update or what but everyone is saying this works great for ios but it doesnt for mine. Very disappointed

I am forced to use this app for work. When this is compared to other video portals, it is absolutely the worst. 
The app constantly crashes, it’s not easy for my clients to install, and it doesn’t have needed features such as virtual backgrounds or the ability to share sound with the screen share. 
Im not sure who made this app, but It’s not the best for what we are doing in 2020-2021.

Cant get anywhere on this app. My kid’s doc asked me to download to use for telehealth Appt but as soon as I bring it up it asks for a Portal(!?) and it won’t let me do anything else!

All in all, this is a pretty terrible app with terrible connection.  Super limited in functionally, you can basically connect sometimes and mute yourself, but that’s it.  Can’t see who all is in a meeting (you can see a few of the people), can’t share screen well, can’t mute others.  It’s like they got a few customers, then stopped development, and happy  just collecting a few bucks because big companies don’t change eco systems that fast.

Was told to download by the hospital my grandpa is in. They set up a call time, sent the link, and it never lets me join. I’ve continually tried to “join” for the last two hours, thinking too many people may be in at once, but it never goes through. Glitches or what — This is unacceptable. Especially when the hospital is using Vidyo as their main form of contact for families and dying patients. Will never use or recommend this app to anyone.
