Mainly, because of the need to re-logging in using an OTP, every single day. The session expiration is extremely short, and is impractical. Also, the navigation and information architecture isn’t optimised. Userflows are confusing, and the animations are abrupt, with no easing (they are linear). Number 2 issue - When i tried to lodge a complaint from the app then no space allowed in landmark section and the complain box.
