VietABank EzMobile là ứng dụng Ngân hàng di động thông minh do hàng TMCP Việt Á (VietABank) hợp tác cùng Công ty CP Giải pháp Thanh toán Việt Nam (VNPAY) phát triển, cho phép Khách hàng cá nhân dễ dàng thực hiện các giao dịch tài chính và thanh toán, mua sắm với thao tác đơn giản, tiện lợi ngay trên điện thoại di động, máy tính bảng một cách an toàn, bảo mật.

*English below. App chập chờn mà gọi 4-5 cuộc điện thoại bàn đến chi nhánh An Giang không ai tiếp. Chạy đến tận nơi thì được hạch hoẹ đủ kiểu. Yêu cầu rút tiền và đóng tài khoản 7-8 lần mới thực hiện xong trong…1 tiếng đồng hồ. Tiền quăng ra chả kiểm đếm cho khách tới khi được hỏi, đưa một đống mệnh giá nhỏ trong thời buổi trộm cướp chực chờ đầy đường. Tới cái túi đựng tiền cũng phải xin mới được cái đựng đủ. Cầm tiền thấp thỏm mà nghĩ rút được tiền của mình ra được là may rồi. Đến ạ với dịch vụ ngân hàng Việt Á! Làm ăn không chuyên nghiệp đã đành, từ cái bọc đựng tiền tới đạo đức cư xử với KH cũng thiếu thốn! The app did not work properly and the telephone service could not be reached. I was unattended and no necessary assistance was provided in time. Too worried, but luckily I managed to withdraw the money. It took over 1 hour for them to “serve” me & no customers else at the time (just withdrew my own money and closed my account). Finally I was given tons of low denomination banknotes while streets were full of robbers. Yes, simply you know I am not your customer any more. My goodness!
