## What is VIEW Expense?

VIEW Expense simplifies and automates travel expenses for both small and large companies.
You can easily register your expenses and mileage either from your PC, mobile or tablet device using the VIEW Expense app. 
Send your receipts and invoices into the app using the e-mail address: expense@viewledger.com. The documents will appear in the app, with suggestions for accounting. You can also take a photo of paper – receipts.
Customize the app with the corporate account plan, integrations with your own financial system and your company - branding.
With VIEW Expense you can:
• Digitize all receipts
• Get automatic suggestions for accounting 
• Use our electronic mileage log
• Get your receipts and invoices form your e-mail directly into the app
• Manage expenses for several companies at once in the same app
• Manage regulations for several countries
• Customize multiple features such as account plan and document approval
• Customize the layout to match your company profile
• Send your expenses directly into your financial system for example Xledger, Tripletex, Fortnox and more
• Upload links to your company website and social media- profile
