## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Lose the app!

*2024-03-12, version 5.2*

Tried twice to upload picture, but never got any results. Always has to start over and it never saved my info from the previous time.

### 1/5 — Unable to creat a profile

*2020-07-14, version 4.0.0*

There are fields missing making it impossible to create a profile

### 1/5 — No response with issues

*2017-09-07, version 3.0.4*

The app stalled during photo upload in registration process. After reinstalling and retrying multiple times I contacted customer care and never got a response. Unacceptable support for an expensive app.

### 1/5 — Good idea but flawed

*2017-03-08, version 3.0.0*

This app is a great idea and it sounds amazing when you hear about it but then you actually get into and it's just not good.
The idea of taking a picture and having that picture transformed to see what you'd look like during your weight loss journey is an amazing idea but the "after" pictures (for me at least) looked awkward and, if you can't look past the flaws of the photo, very uninspiring.
The calorie counter isn't very user friendly, you can't save frequently eaten meals or excersizes you do often. They also don't have many meals or excersizes in their database so usually it's a guesstimate on how many calories you used unless it's a prepared meal with the exact calories written on the box. With fitness trackers being as common as they are in our society, you'd think that a fitness app would be able to read and share information from your tracker but that isn't the case.
For $15 I expected a little bit more but really all I got was a glimpse into an unflattering future. Better off using the free apps that come with fitness trackers or one of the several free apps available for download.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2016-04-03*

I payed almost $6.00 for this app and it won't even let me create a profile keeps telling me wrong user name or password so you can't even get to the next step

### 2/5 — Needs timer so you can take the photo yourself...

*2021-09-03, version 5.2*

Really? Why couldn't you add this feature? A timer would allow you to take the photo yourself.

### 2/5 — App does not work properly

*2020-07-14*

Fields titles missing in setup. Unable to create profile.

### 5/5 — Wow!

*2020-10-28, version 5.0*

Showed my husband what I am going to look like and we both said Wow. Measuring totally accurate.
