There are plenty of other real estate apps - this one would be my last resort if I couldn’t find something on one of them. ### 3/5 — Price filters *2022-08-21, version 5.1.1* It’s frustrating that you don’t have price the filters with smaller increments. It goes from $1m to $1.5m to $2m. If I’m looking between $1.4 and $1.6, then I get a lot of irrelevant properties returned when I have to set filters $1m to $2m. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2021-02-28, version 4.1.0* Tap properties to view and I randomly get a blank white page with.no way to exit. You want a three bedroom house in Balwyn between $400 and $550 a week... nope we’ll show you five bedroom house in Queensland for $1000 a week. Doesn’t allow block size, I am surprised as I assume it would be a pretty standard request. ### 2/5 — Frustration City! *2019-01-10, version 3.1.3* The app wouldn’t let me save more than 5 properties to my shortlist without setting up an account and logging in. When I did this it crashed and said I had no properties in my shortlist when there were 5 previously. It allowed me to add a new property to my shortlist but still wouldn’t allow me to view my shortlist! None of this would have been necessary if the app made it plain how to remove properties from my shortlist. And why aren’t properties automatically deleted from your shortlist once they are leased or at least have a banner across them saying leased so you know to delete them ( if I can figure out how to delete them!) Also 2 of my shortlisted properties wouldn’t let me get back into them( I think they were leased and locked me out )- they kept flipping back and forth on the house picture and wouldn’t let me access the heart to try to delete them. That’s when I tried to set up an account and lost my entire shortlist - at least it says that it cannot currently be viewed, to try again later. That was hours ago and nothing has changed! So much white space. An overload of irrelevant functionality. This app update will be a case study of poor practice in many fields. A pity since it’s for the realestate community. Won’t be advertising here, we will delete and stick with the other four main, and better, realestate apps, and wait til they truly recover this failure. ### 1/5 — Price function doesn’t work *2020-09-22, version 3.2.3* Why does this app insist on showing me houses I can’t afford to rent. I put a $1000 maximum in and it showed me every property over that up to over $3,000 per week. Complete waste of my time. ### 1/5 — That house looks nice! HOW MUCH LAND IS THERE? *2019-10-18, version 3.1.3* Looking for rural property for which this app is not useful. You cannot set parameters for block size, and the size info isn’t displayed on either the thumbnails or when you select the property. Sometimes you may find it if there’s a floor plan, but rarely. Why is this crucial info deemed unimportant? It makes no sense, and renders the app unusable, at least for my purposes. Other apps display this prominently for every property. Seems similar to those apps but missing a very important feature. I don’t understand why you’d look at what apps are available, decide to develop one similar, and make a conscious decision to remove functions and make it worse. ### 1/5 — Realestateview? *2019-10-12, version 3.1.3* I never purchased this app?
