No option to set a picture as a room. I am not sure what the developers wanted to achieve. No option to change the names of the shots. Linking is a nightmare if the naming is messed up in the first place. The camera disconnects from the app, or rather, the app does not wake up the camera from the sleeping mode, as the camera gets bored waiting for the correct linking happening on the app. Uploading took 3 days. No option to view the tour? Definitely, “an user error and stupidity” The app not recommended to anyone with my IQ Just rubbish app! ### 1/5 — They’ve made it worse!!! *2021-02-23, version 2.3.0* Vieweet took an app that wasn’t very good but worked and completely messed it up. The website works fine but now the app insists on putting in the hotspots before uploading the next panorama. The problem is that it doesn’t work half the time, often creates duplicate hotspots, and is just a major pain to use. When you try and get support they do everything they can to suggest that it is ‘user error’ despite not offering any solutions on how to make it work the way it should. After over an hour on the phone the customer support admitted that it is the app that has the problem and they just wasted an hour of my life trying to blame me for their poor product. They could have just said ‘the app won’t do that anymore’. There are far better solutions available with better customer service and apps that actually work. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2020-12-10, version 2.3.0* App crashes, it’s super clunky, doesn’t label the spaces properly. There is no phone number to get in touch with their office so you just left there hanging hoping for the best... not cool. Please, fix the issues. Thx ### 1/5 — Drops camera connection constantly *2020-10-15, version 2.3.0* Always dropping camera connection... even when camera is connected to the phone the app decides it isn’t! If phone goes to sleep while waiting for image to save... u lose ur image and have to turn the camera off and on at least once to reconnect. If phone goes to sleep while you are uploading your tour.... you lose your tour. Never felt the need to leave a review for any app ever until being forced to use this complete mess of an app 5 days a week. They’ve recently introduced a new feature that allows you to order dollhouses and floor plans for any property - which is a fantastic addition! As a professional photographer, I highly recommend their services. ### 5/5 — Easy and fast 360 tours! *2025-04-16, version 2.4.0* Very easy to understand and use the app! I can connect my 360 camera and upload panorama photos of a house and order it as a dollhouse (3D) and floor plan so its the perfect package for my work!
