Even though it is connected to the wi-fi, ViewFit app doesn’t track or show any of my workouts, making it absolutely useless. I have tried troubleshooting but there is almost zero support for this app, other than just some basic FAQs. При обращении из приложения в поддержку направили в местный клуб. Вы меня конечно простите, но какой ещё местный клуб? Я за что переплатила деньги за тренажёр и выбрала 5 модель вместо 3, т к выбор был сделан в пользу этого приложения, в который будут автоматически все тренировки? Это что за сервис такой? No UX at all went into a UI probably not refreshed for the last year. It is like a BMW still with a cassette player. Let alone try and connect some equipment to it. ### 1/5 — Nun noch schlechter! *2025-09-19, version 2.1* Jetzt geht nichts mehr, ein digitaler Backstein… ### 1/5 — Unterirdisch *2025-06-25, version 1.47* Nach dem das Konto angelegt ist, kann man es leider nicht vollständig nutzen da sich die E-Mailadresse nicht validieren lässt. Dazu muss ein Passwort eingegeben werden, das man bei der Anmeldung aber gar nicht vergeben konnte. Lässt man sich ein neues Passwort zusenden, funktioniert das ebenfalls nicht. Nach ein paar Versuchen lässt sich das Konto gar nicht mehr öffnen. Nach dem Abmelden schließt sich die App automatisch obwohl die Anmeldedaten korrekt sind. I don’t know what the developers have done but the edit a workout option has now disappeared. This was really useful if you enter data during a workout and have the option of changing the data afterwards. Very frustrating. Hopefully they will get that feature back soon.
