Redeemed my points last oct. 14, then after 6 days (oct.20) they approved my request. Unfortunately, until now I didn’t recieve the payout that I made for almost 2 weeks now. Tried to contact the customer service but they’re not responding to my queries. On the app, when you read the FAQ’s about withdrawal options they say’s it will take for about 5 days before you recieve your payout. What happen? Will edit my ratings and update this review once I get my payout. They really pay you by just answering the surveys. Downside is, surveys are not consistent. This is just good for an extra income but before you could cash out, you need to earn points first and pts can be earned once you were able to complete a survey.
