The app only works in vertical on your Ipad. You can’t AirPlay it on to your TV with Apple TV. Waste of time.

On iPhone: 

Initial page freezes and shows error message: "Loading failed. Please try again later." I downloaded it for the first time this week, and this message has been displayed every day. I literally never even get to the log-in page. Deleted/reinstalled. No change. 

On Apple TV: 

When I attempt to log in, the screen displays: "No such user." (This is the SAME login info that works on the web site and on my iPad.) 

On iPad: 

This version launches and allows me to log in. I've reported these issues to the Academy, but they insist the problem must be on my end: 

"You must be using the wrong login." 
"You must be using an old password." 
"You must be using an old version of the app. Make sure you've downloaded the latest version."  

They're clueless. I'm a NEW member and literally downloaded the app for the first time THIS WEEK. I downloaded it on my Apple TV, and per my settings it was downloaded automatically to my iPhone and iPad at the same time. Same, CURRENT version on all devices. And my passwords are STORED. I don't type them. 

Again: 

1. My password works on the iPad app. 
2. The SAME password on Apple TV fails. It says "No such user." 🙄 
3. The iPhone app won't even launch. 🙄 

After numerous messages with support, they still refuse to acknowledge that their apps are at fault. Every reply implies *I* must be at fault somehow. 

It's infuriating.

I wanted to stream to save on the waste of DVDs - the trash and landfill generated every year during voting is disgraceful. So now I have no way to chromecast from this ap because each network has integrated into it and you put in an additional code. Once the code is entered it takes you to what seems to be an external third party site. Those sites won’t let you chromecast. I won’t be voting for any programming that I haven’t watched on my free time unless it allows us to cast to our personal tv without a charge. Why in the world would I watch on a 3 inch phone screen when I can’t see the performance???

On both my phone and my apple TV, the app does not store by username and password. Really frustrating to have to log back in every time.

Updated review: app really buggy. Can't play more than a few videos before videos stop playing. Bad UX: No way to view all in a category, no back button. (trying to go through my category is waaay harder than it should be)

As the title says, the newest version as of June 25 crashes every time. I tried deleting the app and reloading it, but it still crashes.

Error message is "Bad Config File URL", followed by "The config file based on the accountID and configID does not exist."
